In cases like these, the entire text used to be revised. The use of CAT tools enables greater efficiency when handling existing translations. Thanks to so-called Translation Memory (TM) systems, every sentence only has to be translated once. TMs are databases in which source and target texts are saved, with each text segment of the original being assigned a text segment in the target language.
